I used AI agents to do work that had previously required web engineers, QA, and publishers — not a pilot running alongside the real process, but how the work got done.

  • › Built production pages in Lovable using AI-assisted generation plus hand customization
  • › Authored a Claude Skill over a GitHub repository documenting our Webflow implementation, which marketing users connected to Webflow’s MCP
  • › Layered Skills and Rules onto that MCP as governance, so non-technical users could generate pages and experiences without breaking the design system
  • › Kept publishing rights closed — users could draft only, with every change queued for human review and QA before production

Built, not shipped. Substantially complete and not fully tested when my role was eliminated in July 2026; the missing piece was an agent QA layer to auto-review drafted changes.

    • › Built, led, and evolved a cross-functional web organization — engineering, UX, and publishing — growing from 3 to roughly 7 people as scope expanded, while evolving the operating model to match shifting business priorities
    • › Redesigned the Contentful content model to let four Marketing Product Pods self-serve page production and publishing, eliminating a standalone web team and its weekly cross-team prioritization meeting
    • › Delivered a leadership-directed migration from Contentful to Webflow on time and within budget, sustaining delivery through a period of significant organizational change
    • › Rebuilt web production and publishing operations around two dedicated Web Publishers, maintaining a 3-day-or-less SLA on page publishing and 2-week-or-less turnaround on custom pages
    • › Improved Core Web Vitals by approximately 20% and SEO rankings by approximately 15% through Contentful data-model and Next.js server-side-rendering optimizations, while preserving Marketo lead attribution
    • › Led the technical execution of five phased, site-wide brand rollouts across a complex marketing platform without disrupting ongoing delivery
    • › Migrated analytics and compliance tooling from Universal Analytics to GA4 with OneTrust cookie consent, later extending privacy-compliant tracking globally via Plausible ahead of tightening regulations
    • › Led the consolidation of an acquired company's site (Launchable Inc.) into CloudBees.com as its product folded into the main suite, maintaining the legacy documentation as a separate Vercel-hosted docs property, and connected public-site tracking to CloudBees' in-product analytics stack (Segment, Amplitude) for the Platform/Unify launch
